About Us
Years ago, I was a university professor in Education and Psychology and taught primarily online courses. The online work gave me the flexibility to travel the world and teach on my laptop at coffee shops that had Wi-Fi connection. People-watching, socializing, and enjoying the exposure to unique and delicious coffees in Central America, South America, and Southeast Asia prompted me to open my own coffee shop. Eventually I had the time and some savings to dedicate to an inimitable shop thus Coffeetrend was born in 2023! It is a relaxed coffee shop in a perfect location in the heart of Houston on Braes Bayou, where a very cosmopolitan look and international coffee flavors come to life for our customers to enjoy. — Alex S.
